Dr. Kerner has been actively practicing for over twenty five years. He has successfully helped thousands of patients get out of pain and function at higher levels of performance. His patients have included professional athletes and dancers. His patients have included members of the National Football League and Major League Baseball. He has successfully treated patients of all ages from one month old to ninety five years old. He previously ran two large multi-disciplinary practices in Boston, MA. and Braintree, MA.

Dr. Kerner attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and the National College of Chiropractic. He has a bachelor degree in Human Biology/Exercise Science and a doctorate degree of Chiropractic. He has completed thousands of hours of post-graduate work in many topics including sports injuries, rehabilitation, Applied Kinesiology, Applied Nutrition and whiplash injuries.

Dr. Kerner is a Diplomate of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and is state licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He is board eligible in Applied Kinesiology and has authored and presented professional research.

Dr. "Jim" holds a Black Belt in Karate and has actively been practicing Martial Arts for over thirty five years. He participated in interscholastic hockey at both the high school and college levels. He currently enjoys working out, skiing, scuba-diving, swimming and holds a single digit handicap in golf.
